Answers to the questions we get most. Can't find yours? Write to zklab@hundredships.com and name the app and your phone model. We usually answer within two working days.
I bought something and it's gone
Open the app's Settings and tap Restore purchases (where the app has one), with the same Google account you bought with. Purchases are tied to that account, so they come back after a reinstall or on a new phone. You can see your orders at Google Play order history.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds for Google Play purchases go through Google: within 48 hours you can request one from your order history. After that, write to us with the order number (it starts with GPA.) and we'll help.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep what you paid for until the period ends. Uninstalling the app doesn't cancel it.
Can I change my ad choices?
Apps with ads ask for your consent where the law requires it, for example in the EU and the UK, and let you change your choice later in their settings. Buying "Remove ads" or Pro, where an app offers it, turns ads off.
Where is my data, and how do I delete it?
On your phone, in the app's private storage. We don't have accounts or servers that hold it. To delete everything, use the app's own delete or reset option, or Android Settings → Apps → the app → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall it. If Android backup is on, Google may keep a copy in your Google account backup; you can manage that in Android's backup settings.
I moved to a new phone. Where's my progress?
If Android backup is on, most of our apps come back with their data when you restore your phone with the same Google account. Some apps also have their own export or backup file in Settings.
Reminders don't arrive
Check that notifications are allowed for the app (Android Settings → Apps → the app → Notifications) and that battery saving isn't stopping it. On Android 12 and newer, some apps also need "Alarms & reminders" allowed to fire on the minute.
Privacy policies
Each app has its own policy, because each one stores different things:
